Un blik est un site collaboratif visant à répondre à une question ou à un besoin d'intérêt local ou commun. Ce blik sera tourné vers l'auto-apprentissage de l'environnement erlang/elixir/phoenix dans le but de créer un pôle de compétences professionnelles local. |

La démarche en général adoptée par un primauteur est de susciter les contributions par une liste de thèmes et de les coordonner, pour que le blik soit un travail coopératif dont il est seulement l'animateur. Ce travail est le plus souvent amorcé par une compilation de liens.
